Downloads are purchased as a final sale and are not refundable.
CDs
We offer a 30-day exchange policy (no refunds) on CDs still in their shrink-wrap and in resaleable condition. A copy of the original invoice and a Return Authorization Number must be included with the return*.

Please include $2.50 to cover shipping and handling, and a note indicating the title you would like to receive.
Defectives
We will immediately replace all defectives. We will refund your payment for a defective item when it is returned with all of its original packaging and contents. Or it will be replaced immediately your choice. Please email us and notify us of your defective return.
